Where we work: Choose a container at our Hico yard for upgrades before delivery, or ask us to work on a container you already own. On-site pricing depends on location and access. Starting prices are before tax; the container itself is priced separately.

We offer solar roof vents and passive wall vents. They can be planned together so air has a path into and out of the container.

Our current metal retrofit handles can make older container doors easier to open. Ask about installation at your location or on a container you select from our yard.

Need work at your site? Send us the container location and photos of the area to be modified. We will quote the installation and any travel based on the location and access. These photos show our current retrofit handles. Complete factory-style handle assemblies with hubs and retainers will be listed when available.

Planning a modification?

Can you modify a container I already own?

Yes. We can quote work at your location, or add upgrades to a container you select from our yard before delivery. Send us the container size, location, photos and the change you want so we can review access and pricing.

Which personnel and roll-up door widths are offered?

Our steel personnel door options are 3′ and 4′ wide. Roll-up door options are 6′ and 8′ wide. We will confirm the exact door and opening details when quoting.

Can a solar vent be paired with passive vents?

Yes. We can plan a roof vent with passive openings to support airflow through the container. The placement and product choice depend on its size and intended use.

Can you ship parts outside Texas?

Contact us with the part and delivery ZIP code. We will confirm whether that item is available for shipment and provide a quote.

Are modifications kept in stock?

Some containers may already have upgrades. Other modifications are scheduled after we confirm the unit, parts and work required.
